By registering an account on Sunshine Conquer, you accept that you have read and will follow all the rules listed below. If you break any of the rules stated below, a punishment will apply which might include:
IP and HWID (PC) blocks are lifetime.
HATE SPEECH/HARASSMENT
We understand that people are different from each other, however, it is not okay to attack anyone based on their differences. Hate speech or harassment of any form will NOT be tolerated. This includes talking down on anyone based on their race, ethnicity, origin, sex, gender, preferences, religion, disabilities, etc.
RELIGION & POLITICS
Please refrain from any sort of religious/political talk. This server is meant to be a welcoming server to people of all beliefs and we want to keep it as a safe place for anyone who wishes to be here.
SELLING/BUYING ACCOUNTS / GEARS
Just don't do it. You will be caught.
It doesn't matter if you buy it or not. Even if you propose, you will be permanently banned.
-Seller will be banned for permanent.
-Buyer will be banned for a certain period of time according to GM's judgment.
-The sold item will be deleted from the game.
First Offense:
BUG ABUSE
Abusing any kind of bug on purpose is strictly forbidden. Please report any bug you find immediately.
-Bans will be given out depending on Staff decision.
-If you repeatedly try known cheats over and over, you will be banned. This shows that you are malicious.
ADVERTISEMENTS
Promoting other servers (in any chat) is strictly forbidden.
First Offense:
PRIVACY
Please try to respect everyone's online privacy. Do not send any unwanted private messages to any individual who does not want said messages.
BAN EVASION
This goes for both the Discord server and in game. If you have been banned temporarily in either, please just wait it out. attempting to dodge a temporary ban will only result in a longer ban. If you have been permanently banned and feel like it is wrongly so, feel free to take it up with a staff member.
SHARE ACCOUNTS
If you share your password and get scammed I will not be able to help you.
Do not share your password with anyone. You are entirely responsible for the safety of your character.
FACEBOOK / DISCORD PROFILE IMITATION.
Anyone who imitates another player's profile, asks his friends for their passwords, items, tries to commit fraud will be banned without any warning.
RED NAME / Dropped Items
If you drop your items while you are red name and you don't know who pick up your items, don't ask me. This is secret information and will not be shared in any way.
TRADE
Your incorrectly traded items cannot be recovered.
DELETE CHARACTERS
Your deleted characters cannot recovery.
DURABILITY ITEMS
If your durability goes to 0, I can't help about that.
